We specialise in cold meat platters, cheese/dip/dried fruit platters, antipasto platters, sweet platters, hot food platters, salads and gourmet sandwich platters.
 
COLD MEAT PLATTERS
 
Leg ham off the bone, oven roasted turkey, pastrami, spiced beef, salami.
 
Tasmanian smoked salmon - served with buffalo mozzarella, capers, Spanish onion, Mediterranean sea salt and a drizzle of Australian olive oil.
 
CHEESE/DIP/DRIED FRUIT PLATTERS
 
A selection of cheeses - matured cheddars, blue veins, bries/camemberts
Dried fruits - figs, apricots, dates and prunes,
Dips - fetta & oregano, caramelised bacon and onion, roast pumpkin & blue cheese. There are over a dozen to choose from!
 

ANTIPASTO PLATTERS
 
Choose from a selection of semi sundried tomatoes, chargrilled eggplant, marinated fetta, smoked mushrooms, chargrilled pumpkin, balsamic onions, peppadews stuffed with mascapone, marinated olives, smoked prawns
 
SWEET PLATTERS
 
Choose from a selection of sweet slices - over a dozen different varieties, friands (gluten free) & cupcakes.
There are also bar cakes & gateaux available for larger functions
 
HOT FOOD PLATTERS
 
Choose from a selection of mini quiches, savoury filled rolls and filo pastries.
NB. These will need to be heated.
